Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Agile-echo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Use License

Upon enrolling in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying course materials for distribution
• Using materials for commercial purposes without written consent
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Removing copyright or proprietary notations from materials
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Transferring course access to another person

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Agile-echo at any time.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Course Content and Materials

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, code examples, exercises, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Agile-echo or its content creators. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our course materials without prior written permission.

Payment and Refunds

Course prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of enrolment.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your enrolment date. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].

Refunds are not available for mentorship sessions that have already been conducted or for courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed.

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will meet your specific requirements
• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in our services will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agile-echo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agile-echo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
